This sugar cookie recipe was created to capture the flavors of the perfect Summer dessert: S’Mores! The cookie has a graham cracker flavor base with chocolate chips and added marshmallow bits! For even more marshmallow flavor, I have paired it with a vanilla marshmallow royal icing.
