This sugar cookie recipe is inspired by one of my favorite holiday treats - Buckeye Candy. The cookie is flavored with both creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, that is perfectly balanced so that each bite of the cookie tastes like a peanut butter cup! For extra chocolate flavor, pair with my chocolate royal icing (recipe included).
