There are few better flavor combinations than chocolate and strawberry. But it is not a flavor combination you will find in cookie form very often, which is why I am so excited to share this recipe with you! It was truly made for Valentine’s Day, but I have no doubt that it will be a hit year-round!

To really amp up the flavor of these cookies, I have paired them with chocolate royal icing (recipe included).
