Haunted House Porch Cookie Platter

Haunted House Porch Cookie Platter

I had been eyeing the Fall Cookie Platter set by Kaleidacuts since it popped up in Heather’s Etsy shop. As someone with a small cookie cutter addiction, I loved the idea of making a cookie vignette, and these cookie cutters had to be mine!

Once it arrived at my front door, I had a hard time narrowing down my ideas to figure out what I wanted to make first. But with Halloween around the corner, it made sense to make a fun and spooky Haunted House Porch Cookie Cookie Platter. It wasn’t the intended design for these cookie cutters, but I wanted to show the flexibility of this set.

The only cookie that was hard to flex into something spooky was the corn stalk. I ultimately decided on a mummy, but I thought it could also be a mangled skeleton, pack of ghosts, or even a dead plant.

What You Need

First, and foremost, you will need the platter cookie cutter set from Kaleidacuts. You could use cookie cutters you already have to create the door, wreath, sign, etc. But it makes life much easier to have cookie cutters already in the appropriate dimensions.
